Now think of repeating that moment at half hour intervals, about 4-5 times in a row.
Yeah, that's how I felt in this.
I do have to say, though, that this experience taught me the most about scheduling students than any other seminar, lecture, or coffee shop chat with professionals has ever taught me. So do I regret going through this?
In a really weird way, I know that I would not be as organized as I am now without this experience. Painful as it was, it was the big kick in the butt that I needed to keep myself extremely disciplined in scheduling, even though I honestly hate organizing. I realized that if I was going to survive as an adult, I had to do things that I hated, and I needed to learn how to do it well.
It's all a part of growing up. Growth spurts hurt, but you can't grow without a little pain along the way.
